To make, you will need:

½ Pound Calamari Tubes or Tentacles
1 Cup Club Soda
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Honey
1-2 Tablespoons Sriracha
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Rinse the calamari and slice into ¼ in. rings. Place the slices into a bowl and cover them with club soda. Stir until all the slices are submerged and let them sit for ten minutes.

Mix the flour, salt, black pepper, and red pepper together. You don’t need much salt and pepper, just a dash of each, to your liking. Drain the calamari, blot dry, and toss them in the flour mixture.

To make the sauce, combine the honey, sriracha, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Spray the food basket in the air fryer with a light coating of cooking oil and place the calamari inside. Cook for 11 minutes at 375°F. Shake the basket twice during the cooking process to remove any calamari that might have gotten stuck to the side.

When the time is up, take out the calamari and toss them with the sauce until they’re completely coated. Then cook them in the air fryer for two more minutes. If there’s any extra sauce, place it in a dipping bowl and serve it with the calamari.
