4 c tomato juice
1//2 c finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 med bell pepper minced
2 t honey
1 med cucumber peeled seeded minced
2 scallions minced
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 lime, juice of
2 tb red wine vinegar
1 tb finely chopped basil
1 tb finely chopped tarragon
1/4 to 1/2 t cumin
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
2-3 tb olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
cayenne to taste
2 c diced fresh tomatoes

combine all in large pot
refrigerate until ready to serve
serve with dollop of sour cream if desired
