Instructions:
(15 or 18 cans)
2 cans corn, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes-one garlic & one mushroom
1 10-oz can tomatoes with green chiles (such as Rotel)
2 cans new potatoes, sliced or diced. drained
2 large cans white meat chicken (10-12 oz?)
1 can pinto beans
2 cans black beans, ranch style
1 can Texas beans, ranch style
2 cans chicken broth (low-sodium)
Use a very large soup pot. (like a kettle if you have one.)
Simmer till heated through and flavors blend.
That is the 15 cans. I would have added 2 cans
Of Italian cut green beans (drained) but the
Pot wasn't large enough. (that would've made 17.)
I didn't add salt or any spices, as it seemed fine
As it was. This recipe can go on and on with any
Number of additions.
This will feed a bunch of hungry teenagers
Or freezes well in small containers.
And maybe a large can of chunky Veg-All,
That would make it 18 cans....
