6Baked Chicken Thighs with French Mustard

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs
3/4cup light cream
1/4cup French mustard
4ounces grated Swiss cheese
8sprigs thyme
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F/170°C. Halve the chicken thighs and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix the cream, mustard, and cheese and pour the mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 45 minutes. Pick the leaves off the thyme and scatter them over the chicken. Enjoy.
