Instructions *** 3-13-2-0 excellent, used 1 pd shrimp and 1 pd scallops, giermans here '*** 8-7-16 wonderful, if you have not made this, MAKE IT!!!!!! **** 1-24-15 excellent, easy *** prep 15 min cook 25 min 1.5 28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes DRAINED 1/2 chopped small onion 3 tb olive oil 3 cloves garlic chopped salt and pepper 1.5 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2.5 tb chopped fresh oregano (i used dried) 5 oz crumbled feta preheat oven to 400 mash tomatoes until chunky warm oil in OVEN PROOF skillet and saute onion until tender 7 minutes add garlic saute 1 minute season with salt and pepper add tomatoes, simmer, stirring until most of liquid has evaporated (this takes forever!!!!!) stir in shrimp and oregano sprinkled feta on top place skillet in oven bake until shrimp are opaque, approx 10 minutes serve per serving 245 cal 13 g fat 164 mg chol 2 g fiber 20 g protein 11 g carb 1307 mg sodium This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
