Instructions *** 11-11-15 excellelnt, easy *** 1 pkg mussel meats 1 # 1 tb oil 1 med onion diced 2 oz celery chopped 2 strips bacon chopped 4 med potatoes cubed 2 cups fish stock or water (i used water) 3/4 cup cream (i used more as it was here parsley heat oil add onion bacon celery cook 2-3 minutes till softened add fish stock or water bri9ng to simmer add potatoes simmer 10 minutes until potatoes are cooked add mussels return to simmer add parsley and cream cover and simmer until mussels are tender and warm season to taste serve This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
