Instructions Instructions: **************************** 03-05 excellent **************************** 1 corned beef round 1 can guiness 1 bottle bass (or harp) 2qt apple juice 1 cup brown sugar 1 tb prepared mustard 8 small red potatoes 2 medium carrots chunked 1 onion peeled and cut in to eighths 1/2 head cabbage chunked rub brown sugar onto beef, put half of what does not stick on bottom of pan put beef in pan put remainer of sugar on top add mustard add beers add enough apple juice to cover (try to use a pot without too much extra space to fill up) bring to boil and then simmer 4 hours add vegetables cook additional 45 minutes turn off heat and let rest 15 minute in water Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
