Instructions Instructions: 3 slices bacon cooked and chopped 1 lb beef cubed steaks 1/2 c hot water 1 t instant beef bouillon granules 1 10oz pkg frozen peas with pearl onions 1 8oz pkg cheam cheese cut up 2/3 c milk 1/2 c crumbled blue cheese 3 tb all purpose flower hot cooked noodles cook bacon till crisp drain, reserving dripping in pan crumble bacon and set aside (DO NOT SNITCH) cut cube steaks in to bite size strips cook in pan drippings till brown combine hot water and bouillon pour over meat strips bring to boiling add peas and onions cover and cook 5-7 minutes in small bowl combine cream cheese, half the milk, blue cheese and flour until well mixed add remaining milk, beat till smooth stir cream cheese mixture in to the meat mixture cook and stir till thickened and bubbly serve over hot noodles topped with crumbled bacon Notes: This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
