Instructions *** 3-27-2012 great again, used lo boneless chicken thighs *** Instructions: *** 4-1-10 excellent, made with naan bread which worked very well.....no foolin' *** *** 2-7-2008 excellent, used thin crust boboli *** 1 Boboli or homemade crust Olive oil 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Original Louisiana Hot Sauce 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1/2 cup chopped celery 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray or grease a pizza pan or stone. Lightly brush crust with olive oil. In a medium bowl, combine butter and Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Original Louisiana Hot Sauce. Mix well. Add chicken and celery; toss to coat. Spread over the prepared crust and sprinkle with blue cheese. Bake on the bottom rack of oven for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is piping hot.
