Instructions Instructions: *************************************** *** 12-17-22 very good again, could use a little more cajun seasoning *** 2-04 pretty much like chicken piccata but a little different and very good *************************************** 1/2 c flour 1 tb cajun creole seasoning 1 t paprika 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts pounded thin 1 1/2 tb olive oil 3/4 c canned low fat chicken broth 2 tb fresh lemon juice 2 tb drained capers combine flour, seasoning mix and paprika in shallow bowl season chicken with salt and pepper dip chicken in flour mixture to coat completely heat oil in large non stick skillet add chicken and saute till brown rmove chicken to plate and keep warm add broth, lemon juice and capers to skillet bring to boil boil until sauce thickens enough to coat spoon season sauce with salt and pepper spoon over chicken and serve Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
