(Makes 4 to 6 servings)
1 (8-oz.) package thin spaghetti, uncooked
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1 (8-oz.) package sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups cooked turkey breast (about 10 oz.), diced
+ cup frozen peas
1 (8-oz.) package Borden« Cheddar & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
1 (10+-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1+ cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
PREHEAT oven to 450¦F. COOK pasta according to package directions.
Drain; layer in greased baking dish. MELT 2 tablespoons butter in
skillet. Add mushrooms; cook until tender. ADD turkey, peas, cheese,
soup and broth; stir to blend. Simmer over medium heat until cheese
melts; pour over pasta. BLEND remaining butter and breadcrumbs;
sprinkle over pasta mixture. Heat in oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until
golden and bubbly.
