4 large halved chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 tb oil
2 tb butter
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tb capers drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tb chopped parsley
4 thin slices each of lemon and limes

bone and skin chicken
cut each into 2 pieces
pound to 1/4 inch
coat with flour
heat oil and butter
sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
brown chicken
remove to warm platter
pour off excess fat
add wine capers and lemon juice
heat to boil scrapping bottom of pan
when about 4 tb liquid rmainsserver , pour over chicken
garnish with lemon/lime slices

good servers with fresh pasta
