Instructions Instructions: *** 6-3-07 very good *** 3 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned, boned 3/4 c mayo 1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs 5 tb butter 1/2 c chopped onion 3 tb flour 1 1/2 c water 3 chicken bouillion cubes 1/4 c chopped parsley 3 tb lemon juice bruch chicken with 1/4 c mayo coat with bread crumbs in skillet melt 3 tb butter over medium heat cook chicken 3 pieces at a time until tender keep warm in saucepan saute onionin 2 tb butter stir in flour till well blended gradually add in water add remaining ingredients cook and stir until boils add 1/2 c mayo cook and stir till hot spoon sauce over chicken and serve Notes: This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
