Instructions Instructions: 3 whole chicken legs 6 chicken theighs vegetable oil 2 tb sweet hungarian paprika 1 large spanish onion chopped 2 green peppers cut in to strips 1 qt chicken stock 4 plum tomatos peeled and finely chopped 1 tb caraway seeds (optional) 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tb chopped fresh parsley for garnish put chicken in roasting pan skin side up sprinkle w oil, 1 tb paprika salt and pepper broil 15 m,inutes 15 inches from element turn and cook 8 minutes more remove from oven and set aside in casseroleheat oil and onion until onion soft add peppers cook 5 minutes more stir in remaining paprika add chicken to pan discard fat from chicken pan and add the remaining juices pour in stock tomatoes and caraway seeds bring to boil reduce heat to low partially cover and cook for 30 minutes till meat is falling off bone in bowl whisk sour cream and some of the sauce from the casserole add more sauce and whisk well adjust heat to lowest setting pour sour cream mixture in to chicken and stir cook till sauce is warmed serve over noodles sprinkle w parsley Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
