Instructions *** 10-2-14 very good *** 8-1-13 very good, used some pepperoni on top and only added the parm after the breading was done and the chicken cooked before going in to the oven *** 3-05 made this again good, need to get the chicken thinner *** 4-8-06 made again, added thin slice of prosciutto to top of breast, great! *** 3 large half chicken breasts pounded thin, cut in to 2 pieces olive oil egg, beaten 1/2 c gratyed parmesan 2 tb oregano mozzerella cheese 1/2 c bread crumbs 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 lb pasta preheat oven to 350 mix bread crumbs, oregano and parmesan and put in bowl put beaten egg in bowl dunk chicken pieces in to egg and then in to bread paresean mix sautee about 3 minutes on each side till brown lightly oil or spray a baking pan arrange chicken pieces in pan cover with spaghetti sauce (1/2 container) cook 30 minutes heat remaining sauce in small saucepan top chicken with mozzerella cheese cook till cheese melts serve with cooked pasta mixed with the remainder of the heated sauce Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
