Instructions tructions: ************************************ May 2003 excellent, i used 1% milk and probably 1/2 cup chopped onion ************************************* Serving Size : 4 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Macaroni -- cooked and drained 3 Ozs Cream Cheese -- softened 10 Ozs Cream of Mushroom Soup 6 1/2 Ozs White Tuna in Oil -- drained and flaked 1 1/2 Tbsp Pimiento -- chopped 1 Tbsp Onion -- chopped 3/4 Tsp English Mustard 1/4 cup Skim Milk 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs 2 Tbsp Butter Blend softened cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup, using hand beater or electric beater. Stir in tuna , the pimento, and the onion. Put the English mustard in small measuring cup.Gradually blend in milk. Add to the preceding mixture, and then add drained macaroni. Put mixture in greased 1-1/2 quart ovenproof casserole. Mix the bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 375 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes.
