Instructions Instructions: ***************************** *** 080818 very good again *** jan 04 great and easy, pretty inexpensive using fake crab meat ***************************** 4 portabella caps rinsed and stems removed 1 red pepper diced 1 c mayo 1 tb dijon mustard 6 drop worcestershire 8 slices cheddar 2 cup crab meat (i used imitation) 2 tb lemon juice 1/4 t old bay seasoning 2 tomatoes sliced thinly heat oven to 450 heat skilled, add oil and cook mushrooms gills up till sort of brown turn over and cook 1 minute remove and place on oiled sheet pan in bowl combine everything but crab and cheese and tomato and mix well add crab and incorporate top mushrooms with tomato slice and 4-5 oz crab mix place in oven until warmed through ?? remove, top with cheese return to oven till cheese melts Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
