Instructions *** 10-17-21 very good, easy ************************* 01-03 very good, could pull it apart **************************** Serves 4-6 1 Boneless rolled pork loin roast (2 1/2-3lbs) 1 Can (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce 1/2 Cup cranberry juice 1/2 Cup sugar 1 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp ground cloves 2 Tbs cornstarch 2 Tbs cold water Place roast in slow cooker. Mash cranberry sauce together with sugar, juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours till meat is tender. To make cranberry gravy measure 2 cups of juices. Bring to boil in saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water, add to gravy. Stir till thickened. Serve with sliced pork.
