Instructions Instructions: ***************************************** thanksgiving 2003 excellent ****************************************** 2 oranges 1c sugar 2 t lemon juiice 1 t fresh ginger cut in fine julienne 1 bag (12 oz) cranberrys 1/2 t ground white pepper peel 1 orange and cut the zest (orange part only) in to fine juliene set aside squeese juice from both oranges set aside combine sugar and lemon juice in small saute pan, heat up slowly and continue cooking till sugar begins to carmelize, don't let sugar burn add the julienned ginger and orange zest cook for 1 minute add cranberries, orange juice and pepper cook on medium high heatuntil berries are slightly broken but not mushy (about 5 minutes) remove from heat and let cool make 3 cups Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
