1 tb oil
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms or more
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pepper, red or green
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 t dried basil
1/4 t pepper
1.5 # italian sausage cut in to 1 " pieces
1 pkg shredded cheese

preheat oven to 350
put oil in skillet and heat
cook sausages then remove
add mushrooms, onions peppers cook till tender
add rest of ingredients except cheese and cook 10 minutes
put sausage into 10x6x2 baking dish
add cooked ingredients
put cheese on top
put in oven
cook 15 to 20 minutes till cheese bubbly
