12-4-07 good easy sort of like a different chili

Pineapple and barbecue sauce jazz up these slow cooked beef and beans.
Serve this tasty meal with biscuits or cornbread for a delicious,
satisfying everday meal.
1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 large cans (28 ounces each) baked beans
2 cans (8 ounces each) pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef,
onion, and bell pepper; fry until ground beef is no longer pink.
Combine the ground beef mixture with the remaining ingredients in the
slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4
