1 16oz cancrab meat (chicken of the sea)
1 beaten egg
2 tb mayo
1 tb mustard
1 t worcestershire
1 t dry mustard
1 t seafood seasoning (old bay)
1 t lemon juice
hot sauce
3/4 c torn bread crumbs (crusts removed 2 pieces of bread)

combine all ingredients except crab and bread
add crab
fold bread crumbs in gently
form in to cakes
pan fry
