4-30-17 very good added mozzerella just before done and no parm
9-20-15 something different for breakfast, pretty good, easy
chop 1 onion
chop 1 colorful pepper
add butter to fry pan and saute onion pepper
when sort of done
add 1 frozen spinach
cook till melted and veggies are soft
add 1 jar pasta sauce, choose one with some spice to it (or what ever you like)
add 1 t garlic powder
add 1 t hot pepper flakes
add i pkg southwest style egg beaters
i was going to try to cook the eggbeaters in a ring but it sort of wound up as a big jumble
cook till eggs are cooked
add flaked parm to top
franks or chile sauce on side and some toast
