2 lb bonless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c olive oil
2 med eggs beaten
1 jar tomato sauce, with spices (not a meat sauce)
1/4 c parmesan cheese
6 oz mozzerella cheese shredded
3/4 c bread crumbs italian
1 lb spaghetti

pound breasts thin and cut into 4x5 pieces if needed
dip in egg mixture then bread crumbs
saute in oil till browned
arrange breasts on baking dish
sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and 1/2 the parm
pour spaghetti sauce over
top with remaining parm


bake uncovered 30 minutes till bubbly
while baking heat water and cook pasta al dente so pasta and chicken
done at same time
