Instructions *** 6-8-14 excellent, different *** 1 lb fingerling potatoes (we used small potatoes)halved lengthwise 1/2 lb green beans trimmed 1/4 cup minced shallot 1.4 c olive oil 3 tb white wine vinegar 2 tb tarragon loeaves 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 pt grape tomatoes boil potatoes in salted water 8 minutes add beans cook till tender 3 minutes drain let cool in large bowl whisk shallot, olive oil, vinegar tarragon and mustard toss with potatoes beans and tomatoes season serves 6 This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
