Instructions *** 2-19-16 very good....i wrote this recipe down when we were first married, never have made it, now i have!!! *** 1 1/2 pds lean ground beef (used 93% lean) 1/2 clove garlic crushed 1 t salt 1 tb steak sause mix these ingredients 2 tb minced onion 1 t steak sauce 1/2 t salt chopped parsley 1 c sour cream mix these ingredients saute meat mix in 6 patties until done put sauce mix in skillet with burgers and warm gently (i added it to the burgers after they were out) spoon sauce over meat and serve dust with paprika enjoy This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
