Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Spaghetti; cooked
1/4 cup Butter
1 can Mushrooms, canned
6 Green onions; sliced
2 1/2 cups Cubed ham
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Yellow cheese; grated

2-7-2013 oh we're having ham gunk......woooohoooo......actually it just sounded like a good way to use up some left over ham and i looked at the recipe and said, what no seasoning???....but i cooked it anyway, used about half a box of maccaroni in stead of the spaghetti, had only 2 cups chopped ham, and used l/o shredded cheddar and some velveta chunks (chunks go on gunk riight?) on the top.....added a little (2 tb) garlic powder to the top and cooked for 45 minutes........................................it was great!!!!
