3 tb olive oil
1 c diced onion
1 c diced carrots
1 c diced celery
1 tb minced garlic
3 c cooked turkey shredded (i cut in to small pieces)
32 oz pumpkin puree
2 15oz c an no salt white beans rinced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
2 t ground cumin

heat oil in lg pot
saute celery carrots onion until slightly softened
stir in garlic and cook till fragrent
stir in remaining ingredients and heat through
simmer over low heat to let flavors develop
