and spices still good

3 cup chicken broth
1 tb oilive oil
1 c yellow cornmenal
2 tb fresh grated parmesean
1 tb chopped italian parsley
1 tb chopped basil
bring 3 cups chicken broth and 1 tb olive oil to boil
whisk in 1 c yellow cornmeal
stir constantly
reduce heat to low whisking often until thick
remove from heat and stir in 2 tb fresh grated parmesean and 1 tb each
finely chopped italian parsley and basil
