Instructions Instructions: *** 9-14-07 good, had it camping, added a little extra dressing *** 1 pound deli corned beef, shaved or sliced very thin 1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained, squeeze out as much moisture as possible 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated Rye crackers or party rye bread slices Crumble the corned beef into a well greased 9x12" glass baking dish. Spread the dressing over the corned beef. Spread the sauerkraut over the dressing. Cover with the grated cheese. Bake 350: until hot and bubbly. Serve with the party rye bread or rye crackers.
