*** 6-05 very good, i used reg old hot italian sausage ***slaw: 1 1/2 tb cider vinegar 2 t sugar 1 t olive oil 1/4 t black pepper 1/8 t salt 1 1/2 c thin sliced fennel bulb 1 c vertically sliced red onion burgers: 8 oz hot turkey italian sausage 8 oz ground turkey breast cooking spray 4 (1/2 oz) slices provolone 4 kaiser rolls for slaw combine vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper, salt in medium bowl stir till sugar dissolves add fennel and onion toss to combine let stand atroom temp 30 to 60 minutes prep grill for burgers remove sausage casing combine sausage and turkey breast divide inti 4 portions 1/2 inch thick spray grill and cook 5 minutes each side top with cheese slice and let it melt grill rolls till toasted place slaw on bottom of roll and top with burger and top of toll Exported from Home Cookin 5.4 (www.mountain-software.com)
