Instructions *** 10-10-17 looking for a meaty sort of non meaty chili so made this up, pretty good... *** 4 8oz pkgs sliced criminis coursely diced 2 onions coursely diced 2 red peppers coursely diced cook onions and peppers with oil till soft etc add mushrooms and cook till soft and moist add bunch chili powder and cumin (your call, i think i used 1/2 cup chili powder and 1/3 cumin) add some oregano add can kidney beans drained add can black beans drained add large can (28)diced tomatos add small can (15) tomato sauce add salt and pepper cook for a while so flavors can emerge and mingle (what?)
