Instructions *** 10-11-21 pretty good *** 2 pound round steak or sirloin, cut in to serving size pieces salt pepper 3/4 c flour 1/4 c oil or bacon drippings 1 lg onion, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 carrots chopped 1 red pepper chopped 8 fingerling potatoes or large potato skiced 2 stalks celery chopped 1 can stewed tomatos (or 2 if you really like tomatos) 1 t smoked paprika 1 t oregano 2 tb worcestershire 1 c beef broth heat a fry pan or oven to 325 cut meat into sections, tenderize with mallet or plate edge mix salt pepper and flour dip meat in to flour add oil to pan cook meat over med high heat until somewhat browned remove meat add vegetables and cook add spices add broth when onions are softened add meat back cook on low or 325 in oven for 1 to 1.5 hours enjoy This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
