2-22-22 well had some chicken breasts to use so...it tasted pretty good so, how did i make it, so i pulled the cans out of recycle and tried to reconstruct what i had done so here it is.......maybe....

heat some oil and butter in a deep pot
add 2 coursely chopped onions
add 1 coursely chopped red pepper
add 2 chopped celery stalks
cook until softened
add salt and pepper to your liking
add 2 chicken breasts cut in to bite size pieces
let the chicken cook
add 1 can kuners salsa tomatoes & green chilis
add 1 can fire roasted corn
add 1 can muir glen stewed tomatoes
add 1 can bushes chili beans
stir and simmer
add a generous amount chili powder
add 2 tbs cumin
simmer
serve with your choice of toppings such as sour cream or grated cheese
