* 1 lb. asparagus
* 1/2 cup Panko
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
* 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
* 2 teaspoons olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Trim the asparagus and toss some olive oil in a baking dish.
2. Roast in a 400¦ oven until asparagus is just tender, about 12
min.
3. Combine Panko, Parmesan cheese, thyme, olive oil, kosher salt
and ground black pepper.
4. Sprinkle over asparagus and bake until bread crumbs are golden,
about 6 minutes.
