8-21-21 very good, easy, cut recipe in half

8 tomatoes, cored and halved (you could just use thickly sliced tomato)
basi, garlic or tomato flavored olive oil
1/2 c shredded asiago
8 tsp grated parm
thyme leaves

preheat broiler
spray baking sheef
drizzle tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper
top with 1 1?2 t asiago and then 1/2 t parm
broil until cheese melts, about 2 minutes
top with thyme before serving
