2-9-2011 i often don't care for salmon, but usually like it poached so tried for a simple way of doing that, so i tried the cook it like a hard boiled egg method, nah, i never heard of that either, very good, easy

2 pieces salmon filet 6 oz each skin on
2 bottles beer
grainy mustard
mayo

mix mustard and mayo and garlic to a sauce
place salmon pieces into as small a pan as they will fit flat
add beer to cover
bring pan to a boil
turn off
wait 10 minutes

serve salmon with the mustard sauce spread on top
