Ingredients

4 large portabella mushrooms stem/inside removed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese part skim low moisture shredded
1/2 medium green pepper thinly sliced
1 small tomato thinly sliced
1/2 small onion thinly sliced


 
Instructions

8-1-16 very good, added some balsamic vinegar to start and cooked twice as long as these wre big mushrooms!!!

Clean, destem, and remove insides of mushrooms. Fill with 2 tablespoons pizzasauce, spread evenly. Layer green peppers, onion, and tomatoes into mushroom.Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet. Add 2 tablespoons water to the bottom of cookiesheet. Cook in 350-degree oven for 5-8 minutes or until mushrooms start tobecome tender. Remove from oven and top each with equal amount ofmozzarella cheese. Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted.
