8-26-13 very good
split 1 lb wild salmon filet in two, salt and pepper them
heat water and add lemon juice so there is enuf to cover fillet
heat to boiling
add salmon, reduce heat to simmer
cook 10 minutes
in fry pan heat 1/2 stick butter
add capers
add some lemon juice
whan salmon is done (10 minutes) transfer to fry pan
spoon sauce in pan over
serve salmon with some additional sauce spooned over it
serve with lemon wedges
