Instructions *** 3-6-14 excellent, you need to read my comments after each item however, this is from flying goose brew pub via wmur manchester, serves 1 in original format serves 4 as redone, cooked in 9x9 baking dish Cook JoJo Paquin Ingredients: 1/2c heavy cream (1 cup) 4T three cheese blend (Gorgonzola, American, Parmesan) (used perm, cheddar and gorganzola about 6 tb each, more to taste, you are sort of wingin this one) 4oz pulled pork (8 oz) 1T BBQ sauce (2 tb) 10oz cavatappi pasta ( 1 box, 16 oz) 2T caramelized onions (4 tb) Cornbread crumbs (i toasted some panko crumbs with a little olive oil in the skillet) Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: Put cream in saute pan, simmer. Add three cheese blend, let thicken. Add pork, onions, and BBQ sauce. (S&P to taste) Meanwhile, bring cavatappi pasta to a boil. Drain pasta and toss with finished sauce. Put in baking dish, top with cornbread crumb and broil to order.
