Instructions *** 5-3-20 great, joellyn made this for sunday app.. *** 40 minutes 1 pkg softened cream cheese 1/2 c mayo 2 tb ketchup 2 tb pickle relish 8 oz shedded swiss cheese 4 oz thin sliced deli corned beef, chopped 1 c sauerkraut squeezed dry 1/2 c scallions DIVIDED salt and pepper to taste 1/2 t caraway seeds toasted pumpernickle and marble rye bread slices (triscuits) preheat to 375 coat 7x11 baking dish with cooking spray (used a 9x9) process cream cheese, mayo, ketchup,relish and garlic in food processor until combined combine cream cheese misture in a bowl with 1 3/4 c swiss cheese, beef,sauerkraut, 1/4 c scallions, salt and pepper transfer dip to baking dish top with remaining 1/4 c swiss and caraway seeds bake until cheese melts and dip is bubbling remove and let stand for 5 minutess top with1/4 cup scallions serve with toasted bread slices (triscuits) This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
