*** excellent *** 10 oz skinless salmon fillet cut in to 1 inch pieces 3 tb plus 1/2 c purchased tartar sauce 2 tb chopped fresh dill 1/4 t salt 1/4 t ground black pepper 1 t grated lemon peel 2 sesame seed rolls split red onion slices 4 bibb lettuce leaves place salmon, 3 tb tartar sauce, 1 tb dill, salt and pepper in food processor blend till coarsely ground form in to 2 1/2 inch thick patties ( good if you can chill for hour for easier handling) prep bbq whish 1/2 c tartar sauce, 1 tb dill and lemon peel in medium bowl toast rolls spread bottom of roll generously with sauce grill patties till cooked through, about 2 minutes per side place burgers on rolls top with onion slices lettuce leaves and top of roll (duh!) serve with remaining sauce Exported from Home Cookin 5.4 (www.mountain-software.com)
