Put 1 lb broccoli cut in small pieces and 1 minced clove of garlic
Yields: 4 Servings

Instructions
Put 1 lb broccoli (cut in small pieces) and 1 minced garlic clove
in frying pan or wok with 2 tb oil
stir fry till almost done
add 1 1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
fry for about 3 minutes
combine 2 t soy sauce
2 t white wine or water
1 t cornstarch
add to skillet and cook till sauce thickens
