*** 6-05 very good, i used chopped onion as i had no green onions *** 4-27-06 still very good, i skipped the guacamole *** 10 oz ground turkey 1/2 c plus 2 tb chopped green onions 6 tb chopped fresh cilantro 2 t minced canned chipotle chilies 2 t ground cumin 2 9 to 10 inch flour tortillas 4 tb purchased guacamole purchased fresh salsa mix turkey, 1/2 c green onions, 4 tb cilantro, chilis,and cumin in medium bowl form in to 2 ,7 inch by 2 1/2 inch patties prepare barbeque grill burgers wrap tortillas in foil and heat on grill remove foil put tortillas on plates spread 2 tb guacamole down center of each place burgers on top sprinkle wth 2 tb green onions and 2 tb cilantro add salsa fold each tortilla to enclose burger serve with salsa serve with shredded iceburg lettuce with ranch dressing, end with scoops of lime sorbet sprinkled with lime peel suggest shredded iceburg lettuce with ranch dressing as a side dessert lime sorbet drizzled with tequila and sprinkled with lime peel Exported from Home Cookin 5.4 (www.mountain-software.com)
