Instructions *** 3-6-16 great! *** spray pop over pan with cooking spray drop 1 pat butter in each cup line side of cup with slice or 2 of ham (used peppered ham) line ham with slice of cheese (used pepperjack) drop 1 tb chopped onion in each cup pour in eggbeaters (should fill 6 cups) cook at 350 for 30 minutes use dullknife around outside to free up if stuck and tablespoon to scoop out serve with maybe chili sauce or what ever on the side... note this doesn't have to be a just a sunday morning explosion!!!!
