Instructions *** 2-21-16 pretty darn good *** spray a 6 cup pop over pan with cooking spray place 1 slice deli ham in each cup around the edge (i used maple brown sugar ham place 1 1/2 slice deli cheese sliced a little thick around inside (i used dill halvarti) saute some onions and place in bottom of each cup shake eggbeaters and fill the six cups bake at 350 for 30 minutes (watch it for doneness)(ok wing it) use dinner knife to slide around cups and remove eggs with the knife andf a tablespoon enjoy, maybe with some chili sauce This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
