Instructions *** 3-13-16 great! yeah different twist on same thing but with a neater name!!! *** spray pop over pan with cooking spray drop 1 pat butter in each cup line side of cup with slice or 2 of ham (used peppered ham) or smoked salmon or buffalo chicken sliced or whatever you want line meat or fish with slice of cheese (used pepperjack) or any flavorful cheese drop 1 tb chopped onion in each cup pour in eggbeaters (should fill 6 cups) cook at 350 for 30 minutes use dullknife around outside to free up if stuck and tablespoon to scoop out serve with maybe chili sauce or what ever on the side... note this doesn't have to be a just a sunday morning eggplosion!!!!
