swordfish cut 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick
flour
minced garlic
olive oil
wine
capers
lemons
butter 1/4 stick

pat swordfish dry
dust lightly with flour
dust with pepper
heat oil in heavy skillet and cook fish (around 4 minutes)
remove fish to heated dish
add garlic and cook
drain off most of the oil
add wine to pan
add butter to pan
squeeze 1 lemon into pan
throw 1/4 lemon into pan
cook sauce down
add capers
put swordfish on serving dish
cover with sauce
add sliced lemons
a little parsley on top looks nice
