Instructions *** 4-20-20 and again *** 3-30-2012 very good *** 11-7-11 and again *** 3-2-09 great, piece about 3/4 " thick so just cooked longer ************** 4-05 this was excellent, note the thickness i had to cut the steak in half the long way ***************** 5-27-08 great again server with grilled vegetables *** swordfish cut 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick flour minced garlic olive oil wine capers lemons butter 1/4 stick pat swordfish dry dust lightly with flour dust with pepper heat oil in heavy skillet and cook fish (around 4 minutes) remove fish to heated dish add garlic and cook drain off most of the oil add wine to pan add butter to pan squeeze 1 lemon into pan throw 1/4 lemon into pan cook sauce down add capers put swordfish on serving dish cover with sauce add sliced lemons a little parsley on top looks nice Notes: This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
