110208toms attempt to replicate armsby abbeys pizza, good but needs
work, eggs don't cook enough

2 thin crust pizza shells
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 can corned beef hash
8 eggs
1/2 red pepper sliced thinly
1/2 green pepper sliced thinly
5 thin slices red onion
2 chopped scallions
hollandaise sauce
chopped parsley

on pizza crust put cheese, hash sprinkled around, slices of onion and
pepper and scallion
pre heat oven to 420
when ready to cook break 4 eggs on to each pizza (1 in each quarter)
bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set
top with hollandaise sauce
sprinkle with parsley
