Instructions Instructions: *** 9-11-12 good easy *** 2-24-2012 good, easy *** 4-12-09 easy good *** Yield: 2 Servings 1.00 Garlic clove,minced/pressed 2.50 tb Olive oil 0.50 c Water 3.00 tb Lemon juice 2.00 tb Drained canned capers 2ea Tillapia fillets Pepper 0.50 c Parmesan cheese,finely shred 1. In a 10" frying pan over medium-high heat, stir garlic in 1/2 tablespoon oil until limp, about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, and capers. Simmer, uncovered, over high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, 3-4 minutes; keep sauce warm. 2. Rinse fish, pat dry, Rub fish with remaining oil, sprinkle with pepper, and add to pan 3. Cook tilapia in pan until done, adding a little water as needed. Turn fish over as needed to cook through.
